This Disclaimer - Agreement is a Legal Binding Agreement between You and Kaoustubh Exports & Indraniel Bhatt (hereinafter collectively referred to as Kaoustubh Exports).
Kaoustubh Exports expressively dis-claims any liability arising directly or indirectly or as a result of this presentation, and the contents , including text and pictures herewith , either exhibited, displayed, published , hosted or publicized.
If you have any reason and right to believe that any of the materials / contents violate any copy-right laws, then please contact kaoustubh exports, with relevant documentary proof, and the same shall be deleted.
Further, for any designs selected by You, physical samples can be provided at pre-intimated costs; on receipt of the due payment/s. The samples may vary slightly from the pictures herewith, without aesthetical variations.
All orders will be shipped against : a) Advance & b) Balance Payment OR Confirmed Sight LC for Balance Amount with 'opening bank consignee'
